At Studio 4 Threads we want you to love each and every purchase. However, we understand that from time to time things don’t work out the way you planned. Below is our return policy. Thanks so much for doing business with Studio 4 Threads.

SHIPPING

We ship items within the United States only. Pricing is in USD. Shipping carriers include USPS only. Store pickup offered to New Jersey residents only and must be selected upon online checkout.  

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 7 days if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition you received it. It must also have original tags attached.

To complete your return, please complete this form. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit  in the form of a store credit will automatically be sent to you via email.
